Rhys Ludlow, Ludlow Media

Rhys Ludlow began his career in the video business in 1977 as a production assistant, schlepping equipment and logging tapes for Oklahoma City's first corporate video production company, Video One. Since then, he has worked in field production, lighting and engineering (including a year-long stint at Sony Broadcast), eventually settling into a 16-year career in editing.

Combining a talent for clear communication with strong technical skills, he quickly became one of San Francisco's most in-demand editors. From national advertisements to television specials, documentaries and corporate video, his work has been seen on all major US TV networks. He has three programs on permanent display at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington D.C. and edited the Emmy Award nominated documentary "Last Images of War."

As a producer/director, Rhys has worked on business promotional and educational videos, including several short videos for Sesame Street and Dewitt Jones' best selling motivational video, "Celebrate What's Right With The World." Other clients include Callidus Software, Addison-Wesley, Benjamin Cummings, Marin County Farmer’s Market, Psychotherapy.net, Jason Jennings, International Fire Resistance Inc. and Key Curriculum Press.
