Managing a Political Campaign

KRC managed the recent campaign to elect Annan Paterson to the Novato City Council. Despite being outspent 2-to-1 by the two winning candidates, including longtime incumbent Pat Eklund, Annan garnered more endorsements than any other candidate in the race and came within 662 votes of victory. KRC managed the campaign’s day-to-day activities for five months.

Our work focused on volunteer coordination for the extensive field campaign, which included phone banks, lit drops, 4th of July parade, campaign kickoff and pre-election sign waving. We staffed the candidate at numerous events and coordinated the campaign fundraiser and election night party. Hope Road Consulting served as Annan’s campaign consultant and was responsible for designing her mail and developing the overall campaign strategy.

We look forward to watching Annan Paterson’s political career evolve and her commitment to serving Novato deepen in the years to come.
